Original design based on 6th-7th Century lyre found in a warrior's grave in the Black Forest. It is white oak, maple, and ebony and is very similar to Rote #2. This was a commissioned piece and was the first to have tapered friction pegs. The first two rotes had modern, threaded zither pegs. Because this was a commission, I was not able to get professional photos done. Sold |
