A lap harp of original design based on historical examples in 12th to 15th century illuminated manuscripts, paintings, and sculptures. It is a closed-box harp of black walnut, with spalted maple soundhole rosettes. The size is 30" high, 20" front to back, and 6" wide at the bottom, 2 3/4" wide at the top. The depth of the soundbox is 3 1/4". There are 22 nylon strings, 3 octave diatonic, tuned G to g''. Please E-mail for price and availability. |
