I create all spoons, spurtles, and salad servers as unique, one-of-a-kind pieces of functional kitchen and serving utensils. They are primarily made from salvaged woods, often coming from urban orchard cuttings and prunings as well as broken furniture pieces. They are food safe. Only non-toxic woods and finishes are used. I carved the above example for the Norman Stevens Nine-Inch Spoon Collection. It is flowering plum. To ask about current stock, or to order custom pieces, please e-mail or call. |
